STRATEGY
The answer stemmed from redefining Flamengo's role, shifting from acting solely as a sports club to positioning itself as a sportainment platform. The brand is now guided by a clear purpose: to bring magic to the nation's daily lives, expanding its reach beyond the game.
This repositioning also unfolds in the reorganization of the brand portfolio, which ceases to be fragmented and begins to operate within an integrated logic. Flamengo structures its ecosystem based on major fronts — sports, entertainment, and legacy — in which each asset has a defined role, strategically balancing the strength of the parent brand with the autonomy of sub-brands.
At the same time, the business model is evolving towards a logic centered on the fan journey. The club is integrating content, experience, relationships, and channels into a continuous, omnichannel approach, based on data and CRM. Communication is keeping pace with this transformation, expanding its reach beyond football and strengthening the brand's cultural presence in Brazil and worldwide, transforming passion into experience and recurring value.

CREATION
Flamengo is a club that, throughout its history, has built a unique repertoire of iconic symbols: the red and black, the shields, the monogram, the stripes, and the vulture. Much of this personality has been formed by the combination of sport, culture, and entertainment, permeating music, fashion, personalities, faith, beliefs, and the daily life of the Flamengo Nation.
The Creative Platform was born from this cultural universe and enhances it. Guided by the purpose of "bringing magic to the Nation's daily life," it is structured around four creative expressions: Magical Movement, Pulsating Energy, Glorifying Icons, and Enchants and Inspires. Together, they guide the construction of a visual identity capable of translating a team of tradition, with grit, love, and passion.
This vision takes shape in different elements of the visual system. The traditional red and black stripes have been given a new interpretation in a gradient, transitioning from red to black to create a sense of movement and enchantment. The special photographs, produced in high contrast against a red background, reference Zico's iconic banner, while the long exposure effects translate the beauty of the sport into images that resemble paintings. The typography assumes an expressive and energetic role, exploring different perspectives to engage and resonate with the fans. The vulture has been redesigned to enhance its visual impact and gain greater prominence in both communication and licensed products.
The shields and monogram were preserved, maintaining their strength and prominence as central elements of the brand architecture. The sub-brands underwent a strategic redesign, with a clear definition of which would be guided by the Football Coat of Arms, the Rowing Insignia, or the CRF Monogram.
Other brands in the portfolio have had their relevance amplified. The already established Nação brand had its design refined, gained more strategic robustness, and came to represent the entire relationship vertical of the club. Meanwhile, Uru.Hub, Flamengo's internal media house, emerged as a new brand, with a name and visual identity developed exclusively for it.
The result is a solid creative foundation to consolidate Flamengo as a unique sportainment brand, connecting its different sports, platforms, and sub-brands under a single strategic and creative vision, capable of consistently expressing itself across its multiple touchpoints.

NAMING
One of the challenges within the organization of Flamengo's architecture was naming the arm responsible for content production and media distribution. It was titled... URUHUB, The name makes a creative reference to the team's iconic mascot, balancing identity and creativity in its design.
URUHUB will centralize the production of advertising, exclusive content, and branded content with sponsors, while maintaining the authenticity of the creations.

COMMUNICATION
The new brand strategy came to life in a campaign that stems from a simple truth: for the Nation, Flamengo has never been limited to the 90 minutes on the field.
Flamengo Without Intermission It translates this ongoing relationship between the club and its fans, showing how Flamengo permeates different moments, places, and dimensions of millions of people's lives. From a good morning to the street, from school to the beach, from home to the other side of the world, the campaign expands the club's reach beyond football and reveals a brand present in culture, consumption, entertainment, and everyday life.
The launch film embodies this idea by following Flamengo throughout the daily lives of its fans. Licensed products, partners, content, platforms, and experiences are integrated into the fans' stories, not as isolated insertions, but as manifestations of a single brand ecosystem. This construction highlights the club's power to generate connection and relevance both on and off the field.
The narrative also presents the evolution of Flamengo's digital touchpoints. The new website brings together content and experiences in one place, while FlamengoTV and UrubHub expand the possibilities for engaging with fans, making this presence increasingly closer, connected, and constant.
More than just communicating a new phase, Flamengo Without Intermission It transforms the very relationship between the nation and the club into a communication platform: if the fans live and breathe Flamengo all the time, the brand also needs to be present all the time.
