CHALLENGE

TOTVS, a Brazilian technology and integrated solutions company, a leader in the corporate resources market, was moving to a new address in São Paulo. This change was not just physical, as the new address, built to suit, represented a new dynamic and a change in culture as well.

STRATEGY

The behavioral change that the new environment provides should be present and reinforced in the space's design and signage. We understand that all the quality and precision of the company stems, especially, from the integration and interaction of people. Therefore, we integrate into the environments not only the technology market, but also the personality of the Totvers (the way employees are called).

In signage, whenever information is presented, it is applied to something that has necessarily had a human touch, be it adhesive tape, paint, or a poster. The meeting rooms have names given by the Totvers who, involved in the entire creation process, established the names that best represented them, from names of children's games to elements of the geek universe.

IMPLEMENTATION & RESULTS

TOTVS, adopting a new approach for its employees, changed the architecture of its workplace, and the communication within the environment needed to reinforce this change. Therefore, we opted for a non-traditional branding approach. We envisioned signage and ambiance where communication is direct and precise, appearing only when necessary. To continue the concept and open up new interpretations of the TOTVS brand, visual artists and graffiti artists Mateus Bailon, Alex Senna, Deco Farkas, and Ronah Carraro were invited to decorate the office walls. The seven floors gained more personality and greater consistency with the brand.
