Challenge

Costa Foods Brasil is the new corporate brand that has in its portfolio important brands in the food sector operating in Minas Gerais and worldwide. Until now, Avivar, Belavida, and Rara coexisted without a clear institutional umbrella, which generated management and positioning challenges.  

The challenge was to build a robust and reliable brand, capable of sustaining growth both domestically and internationally. An identity that reflected its origins in Minas Gerais, but also communicated ambition and excellence in an increasingly competitive global market.

STRATEGY

The answer arose from a market tension: in a world where people were becoming profit metrics, it was necessary to reclaim the human value and responsibility behind every process and intention of large companies. Costa Foods Brasil was born, then, to put people at the center — whether consumers, employees, or partners — and to show that excellence is built from caring for people and for the details.  

From the warm traditions of Minas Gerais to the world, we have defined a positioning that unites integrity, robustness, and internationalization. Costa Foods Brasil presents itself as a Minas Gerais brand born to take the "do-it-yourself" approach to inspire global businesses, connecting care, excellence, and ambition in every delivery.

BRAND, VISUAL AND VERBAL UNIVERSE

Based on the defined positioning, the next step was to give shape to Costa Foods Brazil. The creation of the brand translates into concrete language what was already clear in the strategy: a company born from its Minas Gerais roots to project itself with global strength. 

In the visual universe, green was chosen as the main color to highlight the brand in the market and symbolize vitality and growth. The graphics in the Costa Foods Brazil visual universe are inspired by the globe, reflecting the brand's vocation for globalization. The dynamic shapes translate continuous movement, alluding to the logistics and transportation that connect origins and destinations, symbolizing the company's broad and integrated presence in the market.  
In the verbal universe, the narrative balances affection and ambition. The meticulous tradition of Minas Gerais is combined with excellence and a vision for the future, creating a firm and reliable voice, bringing relatable and inspiring expressions: "A palate with various accents," "Right there, on the other side of the world," "Minas Gerais is our origin. The world, our path," "Minas Gerais standards to conquer the world.".
