In a competitive market dominated by giants, Avivar needed to consolidate and expand its relevance in the hearts of the people of Minas Gerais.
Despite 25 years of tradition, a good reputation, and strong regional reach, the brand was still relatively unknown among younger generations, had low visual differentiation, and its portfolio was perceived as a commodity. 

The challenge was clear: To move beyond the logic of transaction and price, in order to occupy space in the memory, on the table, and in the preferences of consumers. 

STRATEGY

We started with a simple insight: amidst the hustle and bustle and distractions of daily life, Avivar can be the Minas Gerais way of inviting people to be present at the table. Thus, a new purpose was born: To give the pleasure of living at the table. 

More than just frozen chicken, the brand embodies the hospitality of Minas Gerais in terms of convenience and flavor, balancing tradition and innovation. An Avivar A proud native of Minas Gerais, happy with simplicity, with a welcoming manner that earns trust. 

This positioning comes to life in a complete portfolio, ranging from frozen cuts of meat to ready-made snacks and traditional recipes, always designed to simplify routines and create time for what truly matters. A brand that is present in gatherings, flavors, and memories. Right there, near you, from the countryside to the big cities. 

And to translate this delivery, a tagline that conveys it in a simple and warm way:

BRAND, VISUAL AND VERBAL UNIVERSE

The redesign of the identity brought a authentic and warm visual, Inspired by Minas Gerais, this brand values simplicity and closeness, but with a clear differentiation from the competition. 

The packaging has been redesigned to deliver convenience: easy to understand, prepare and consume. 
From a quick lunch to Sunday dinner, everything conveys the same invitation: Enjoy life with more flavor.
