Aline Rubiano

A graduate engineer from UFRJ and with a master's degree in business administration from IBMEC, she has over 25 years of experience, primarily working in operations management, process automation, and performance management.

She was Director of Operations at Accenture, a global technology and management consulting firm, where she developed her career and led projects for large companies such as Petrobras, Transpetro, Petronect, Bradesco, IRB, Itaú, Sul América, Losango, and Vale.

With extensive experience in developing high-performance operational models, he joined the Anacouto team to work in both project operations management and the agency's corporate management.
