ANA COUTO BRANDING BRINGS LAJE TO SÃO PAULO | MEIO & MENSAGEM

After completing one year in Rio de Janeiro, the Innovation and Learning Center will begin offering courses in São Paulo starting in May.

Laje, the innovation and learning hub of Ana Couto Branding, is opening a new location in São Paulo. Similar to its Rio de Janeiro location, which recently celebrated its first anniversary, the new unit will offer courses, lectures, workshops, and consulting services for individuals and companies interested in exploring creativity and fostering innovation in their businesses.

From May 30th to August 15th, Laje, based in São Paulo, is hosting its first course, on Branding, at Cubo Coworking, located in Vila Olímpia. The program aims to deepen knowledge on the subject and all aspects that build a brand's personality. The course will be divided into three 12-hour modules, each with four classes. More information can be found on the Laje website.

For now, Laje's courses will be taught at Cubo and Plug Coworking, but the center will soon have its own space, says founder Ana Couto. According to her, the initiative is a way to put innovation into practice. “Much is said about innovation, but it needs to be exercised. Our intention is to develop professionals' skills through design thinking methodologies, promoting teamwork, never in silos,” she says.

Laje's arrival will also be marked by its participation in the Path Festival, which it supports. In its fourth edition, the innovation and creativity festival will be held between May 14th and 15th at the A Casa Museum in Pinheiros. Laje is responsible for eight lectures at the event, which will feature professionals in branding, design thinking, and innovation, such as startup investor Fabrício Dore; Bruno Freitas, partner and CBO of Plug Coworking; Matina Freitas and Natali Garcia, designers and partners at DT para Startup, among others (check the complete program here).

In Rio, the innovation hub has already hosted over 600 students and organized ten national and international courses, lectures, and workshops, taught by names such as creative director Giovanni Bianco; Stuart Hardy, executive director of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership; and Nikki Gonnissen, Dutch designer and co-founder of Thonik.
