From the alignment between Brand, Business and Communication to the Ana Couto and LAJE ecosystem. From strategy and culture to planning and creation. Clients, teams and audience, together, adding value. It was with this thought that we arrived at Festival Path 2019: to add value. We built the concept "Everyone is an idea" for the client.\u201c (Watch the campaign here)<\/strong><\/a> And from that, we came up with our own ideas. What we do most is combine: strategy with content, verbal universe with visual, innovation strategy with a culture of innovation. So, how do we bring all of this together at Festival Path?<\/p>\n

Together we are a sum.<\/h3>\n

There were 6 lectures that, in essence, combined perspectives, provocations, and insights: branding and data science, with Ana Couto, Ot\u00e1vio Freire, and participation from Wellington Nogueira; business models and purpose, with Leonardo Senra; the new "20s" \u2013 crazy, fierce, or golden? \u2013, with Danilo Cid, Erika Pinheiro, Fernanda Salgado, and Filipe Ozelin; innovation strategy and design, with Bruna Rezende and Hugo Rafael; innovation culture, with Juliana Paolucci; and branding and the pop world, with Fernanda Galluzzi and Igor Cardoso.<\/p>\n

In our activation room, we held 4 editions of Pi.RA, bringing guests and interested parties to participate in our aquarium-style conversation, sharing knowledge and promoting debates on topics relevant to Pi organizations. Innovation strategy, diversity, social business, and alignment between brand, business, and communication were the main themes discussed in our Ana Couto & LAJE ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, we invited Festival Path participants to share, in a heat map, how and where they embody attitudes related to purpose, innovation, the triple A (alignment, autonomy, and agility), leadership, and creativity in their daily lives: does it remain just in their heads or does it already translate into practice?; is this embodied in the professional environment or in their personal life?<\/p>\n

In our lectures and at our event space, we've welcomed over 3,000 people. Many of them are interested in sharing knowledge and inspiration.
