The learnings from the diagnosis were crucial: it became evident that Panobianco&#039;s greatest untapped asset was enjoyment as the driving force behind exercise, in a market that still communicated training as an obligation and discipline. The tension was clear\u2014and with it, the space for differentiation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From there, the strategy was designed to move the brand from standard market behavior to a proprietary and recognizable position, organized around the &quot;Is, Does, and Says&quot; method. <strong>voltage<\/strong> \u201d&quot;exercise treated as just another obligation of the routine,&quot; <strong>purpose<\/strong> \u2014 Sharing the desire to exercise \u2014 was designed as an active call to action, evoking the sensory experience of exercising with enthusiasm and engaging both those who already train and those who haven&#039;t yet found their way to move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O <strong>Lover archetype<\/strong> He was chosen to embody this passionate relationship between brand, student, and training \u2014 and it sustains a <strong>personality<\/strong> with four complementary facets: captivating (which transforms the environment into something enjoyable), professional (which conducts with knowledge and responsibility), passionate (which is dedicated to every detail) and invigorating (which welcomes and rekindles energy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>value proposition<\/strong> It was organized into four territories \u2014 enjoyment in exercise, flowing training, sustainable strength, and active connection \u2014 balancing the student experience, the digital offering, and the business model for franchisees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>narrative<\/strong> The brand gives voice to this personality in the first person, with intimacy and lightness, culminating in... <strong>tagline<\/strong> <em>Made of strength and willpower.<\/em> \u2014 playing with the expression &quot;willpower&quot;
