Therefore, Frescatto Company (the former corporate brand) and Porto Frescatto (the former channel brand responsible for company-owned stores) will cease to exist.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a more detailed analysis of the diagnosis, we developed the branding strategy based on &quot;It Is, It Does, It Says&quot;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c&quot;It is&quot;: With the goal of consolidating Frescatto as the leading seafood brand in Brazil, we brought clarity to the role of product brands. Frescatto is a premium brand with a pioneering, expert, sophisticated, and charismatic personality; while Buona Pesca is the entry-level brand in the portfolio with a practical, uncomplicated, all-around, and good-humored personality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c&quot;FAZ&quot;: In our experience, we guarantee an integrated omnichannel B2B2C journey that creates customer loyalty to the brands; Foodservice is a B2B channel, and company-owned stores, e-commerce, and retail are B2C channels, creating relevance and presence for the end consumer. Furthermore, Frescatto is the brand that strengthens the seafood ecosystem, with a responsible and healthy supply chain for everyone, from sea to table.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c&quot;SPEAK&quot;: We can expand the content beyond recipes to position Frescatto and Buona Pesca as the best options for the table and daily lives of Brazilians, with communication strategies that differentiate Frescatto through the quality and refinement of its seafood and Buona Pesca with affordable fish for everyday consumption.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We analyzed the lessons learned and identified that Frescatto&#039;s purpose should be to bring seafood closer to the table and the lives of Brazilians through a brand portfolio strategy that creates presence and relevance with the end consumer and an integrated B2C2B journey that creates consumer loyalty to the brands.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From this, we brought the purpose. <strong>life is more about fish<\/strong> which reinforces the importance of fish in people&#039;s lives: their health, their routine, their way of experiencing life.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frescatto believes that where there is water, there is life; therefore, it is the brand that fishes, cultivates, and develops the best seafood for the most sophisticated palates. Through graphic cutouts, we revealed the image of the fish and, in its counterpoint, the boat, representing the fisherman. The sea horizon completes the circular composition, reminiscent of a plate, thus representing the entire Frescatto ecosystem cycle.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The typography of the new brand has been redesigned to gain more prominence and presence. Its strokes were inspired by fishing imagery: hooks, boats, and fish. This reference is also present in the Arpona typeface family, chosen to bring a touch of sophistication to the brand&#039;s titles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To bring the graphic universe to life, we drew inspiration from the rich visual codes present in charming fishing villages. The graphic elements represent everything from schools of fish forming mandalas and tilework to classic nautical stripes reimagined as boats sailing on the horizon. The architecture of the villages also received graphic interpretations, appearing in frames and textures throughout the visual universe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The photograph reflects the different moments of the Frescatto cycle: the careful experience of fishing, the special cuts of the fish, the mouth-watering preparation, and the gastronomic experience at the table. Thus, its Verbal Universe delves into this theme to bring the public closer to seafood, gastronomy, and the sustainable practices that surround the brand. With titles like &quot;salt water, fresh water, and mouthwatering,&quot; &quot;our rivers flow to your table,&quot; &quot;fish market freshness with a gastronomic experience,&quot; and &quot;sugar water calms, salt water satisfies,&quot; display modules in its own stores and retail outlets, showcasing the variety of its portfolio and encouraging more sustainable consumption of seasonal fish.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the restaurant sector, Frescatto could demonstrate that it&#039;s already a staple on many Brazilian tables, with a project that accredits the best restaurants and eliminates the insecurity of eating seafood outside the home, through the &quot;Pescado na fresca&quot; (Fresh Fish) initiative.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, to raise awareness of responsible fishing and engage consumers and the ecosystem, the brand further connects with its purpose through the brand moment &quot;Frescatto Expeditions,&quot; They are places where the brand and its products become known and recognized, and also where consumers make their purchase decisions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure a memorable experience and build a stronger relationship between the brand and its customers, the goal was to create an omnichannel experience that would encourage experimentation and boost consumption.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We aligned the main drivers of the Experience, such as personas and key moments in the journey, and made them tangible in-store experiences aligned with the Brand&#039;s Visual Universe to create a pleasant atmosphere, with executions that offer experimentation and education. Each element, from the position of the checkout counter to an area dedicated to learning recipes, was designed to engage customers and consumers, so that they can learn more about marine life and the products offered responsibly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The store&#039;s design is inspired by the rustic and historical charm of fishing villages, using visual elements such as undulating roofs, framed windows, and tilework. We chose materials that convey modernity, such as terrazzo and exposed aggregate concrete, along with natural materials like wood and rope, creating a balance within the environment.
