James Pereira joined Ana Couto in 2017 with the objective of structuring the operations and project management area and soon after began to carry out the integrated management of the agency's performance and the implementation of KPIs for operations, performance, sales and project management. Graduated in Electrical Engineering from ETEP Faculdades, he specialized in project and operations management. With more than 10 years of experience in the market, James was responsible for planning and controlling the implementation of new methodologies at Odebrecht.
