Anacouto Group Code of Ethics and Conduct

AC Company Ltda and Laje Inovação e Aprendizagem Ltda. (Grupo Ana Couto) aim to build a more just society that values characteristics such as honesty, integrity, diversity, and respect, as well as transparency in all its activities. Our principles include combating corruption, discrimination, prejudice, racism, harassment, bullying, and child labor.
Our fundamental premise is attention to and respect for the individual rights of each of our clients, partners, and employees. To support this strategy, we have a Compliance Committee, composed of 3 highly qualified members, responsible for updating and managing what our code of ethics encompasses, and who together share the same vision for the benefit of the Ana Couto Group, which "is, does, and speaks.".
To ensure that this conduct is followed, it is essential to understand the ethical behaviors established for all relationships within the Ana Couto Group, from employees and those who represent us – members of the Compliance Council and partners – service providers, among others. In this way, we can establish a democratic and egalitarian corporate environment.
Therefore, we have established the Ana Couto Group's Code of Ethics and robust Compliance processes to ensure adherence to internal policies, in accordance with Brazilian law, which are mandatory and binding.
