In a five-day workshop, following the Design Sprint methodology, we co-created solutions with the Megamatte team to be implemented in the short and long term. For each solution, a prototype was developed and tested with real users (franchisees) during this period.

To create a structure that allows for the consistent implementation of any project throughout the Megamatte franchise chain.
Following these intense days of work, the Ana Couto team continued to monitor the implementation of the projects by the Megamatte teams in bi-weekly mentoring meetings. Following agile methodology processes, we guided the use of Service Design tools and the execution of projects with a user-centered approach.
